Planning: Harlow and Gilston Garden Town

The applications HW/CRB/19/00220 and HW/CRB/19/00221 have been submitted to both Harlow council and East Herts council, as the application sites are within both districts.

Harlow and East Herts are managing these applications jointly. However, all application documents and comments will be put on the East Herts council website.

Both Harlow and East Herts will determine the applications through our own decision-making processes.

You need to add any comments about the application on the East Herts council website. You need to submit your comments before 9 August 2019.

All comments submitted will be reported to both councils.

Fiddlers Brook Bridge is outside of the Harlow District and therefore Listed Building Consent is required from East Herts council only (East Herts council reference 3/19/1049/LBC).
