Yesterday (12 April) our waste contractor Veolia informed us that they have caught up with the outstanding bin collections that were affected by last week’s delays.
We are pleased that Veolia, having deployed extra resources, have given us this update.
We are aware of some isolated incidents where bins have been missed; if your bin has been missed please report it to us at www.harlow.gov.uk/report
We will continue to work with Veolia to ensure that any missed collections are treated as a priority. We are also working with Veolia to ensure that collections are carried out as planned in the coming weeks and over the Easter break. If there are any issues with your collections please report these to us.
