Procurement is a strategic function, ensuring that the Council procures goods, works and services consistent with best practice, delivers value for money to the organisation and that contracts are managed effectively.
Opportunities with Harlow Council
Suppliers can register their interest to work with the Council by completing a Supplier Registration form.
Harlow Council does not maintain its own list of approved suppliers, but uses third party lists managed by Constructionline and Exor, or suppliers with equivalent accreditations or standards approved by the Relationship and Commissioning Manager.

Suppliers may also register on the PAE Website free of charge to receive live alerts about the tendering opportunities across Essex that match their business requirements.
The Contracts Database for the East of England contains information about contracts held by Local Authorities and other public sector organisations.
More opportunities and advice for winning Government contracts can be found on the GOV.UK - Service Contracts Finder website. This lets you search for information about contracts worth over £10,000 with the government and its agencies and also provides a Guide to tendering for public sector contracts.
