Martial arts resilience and wellbeing

Free Martial arts classes for Harlow residents run by Shaolin Temple Cultural Centre and funded by Sport England. Includes:

  • Martial arts (Kungfu, wushu, kickboxing, fitness) suitable for 14 to 18s years old:5.30 to 6.30pm
  • Martial arts (Kungfu, wushu, kickboxing, fitness) suitable for 18 to 45 years old: 6.30 to 7.30pm
  • Taichi and Qigong suitable for 45+ years old: 7.30 to 8.30pm

Ladies only martial arts

Free martial arts and self-defence classes for women and girls run by Shaolin Temple Cultural Centre and funded by Find Your Active.

The classes will focus on covering martial arts fitness to increase activity levels and then self-defence techniques using drills from Chinese martial arts including kungfu, wushu, kickboxing and more!

Our aim is to fight against violence towards women and girls and equip them with self-defence skills and confidence for any situation.

Suitable for 12+ years old. Mothers and daughters, siblings, friends welcome to join together. No previous experience necessary.
