Aims and objectives of public CCTV systems

Constant efforts are made to ensure that Council  CCTV systems remain highly effective and productive in our joint commitment to detect and deter crime as well as combating anti-social behaviour. They are also there to enhance the general publics perception of safety, to improve commercial confidence and to assist in supporting the gathering of evidence.
