Chair yoga
Gentle yoga using a chair for support to build strength, flexibility and mind-body wellness and health.
Each 45 minute session includes a breathing practice, gentle physical yoga using a chair for support and guided relaxation.
Suitable for those unable to do physical activities on foot or those who lack confidence. You are welcome to use a mat on the floor too.
Part funded by 'Find your Active'.
