Harlow parkrun
Join Harlow parkrun in the Town Park every Saturday at 9am for a free, timed 5k run or walk. You don't have to be fast, we all run for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace!
Harlow Dementia Fair 2026
Free entry and free refreshments at the Maybury Open Door unit on the first floor of the Harvey Centre, and in the terrace area between the cinema and the unit.
