Armed Forces Day, which this year falls on Saturday 29 June, is to be marked by Harlow Council in the week leading up to the day with a flag-raising ceremony outside the Civic Centre.
The ceremony will take place on Monday 24 June and begins at 10.45am.
The flag is always raised in the lead-up to Armed Forces Day. Armed Forces Day shows support for the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community, from currently serving troops to service families, veterans and cadets.
