From 9 May to 25 June 2022 you can help tidy up Harlow by organising a local clean-up event.
We will support you by providing litter picking equipment and we will arrange for HTS to pick up any rubbish you collect.
As a reward for taking part, we are offering £100 to all groups which can be used to raise funds for your work.
Businesses or non-constituted groups (groups that don’t have a bank account or a committee) can instead donate the £100 to a charity of their choice.
You need to bear in mind these guidelines when applying for our support:
- groups must be made up of a minimum of 3 adults
- at least one full bag of litter must be collected in order to claim the £100
- children should not litter pick for any longer than one hour at a time
The closing date for applications is Friday 18 March.
Your event will be in addition to the everyday work HTS do to clean up Harlow.
