This is an annual festival organised by PATACC that is free for the diverse Harlow community to come together to the celebrate the beauty of multiculturalism in Harlow. It aims to provide a sense of unity that encourages people living and working in Harlow to be assured that irrespective of their, race, gender, disability or ability, age, religion, sexual orientation or beliefs, we all belong to the Harlow community.
