Join us as we commemorate the 80th anniversary of D-Day and the Battle of Normandy.
8.15am: Proclamation read at Civic Centre
5pm to 9.30pm: Playhouse Square celebrations (including live entertainment, food vendors, military veterans, Scouts, children's activities, Harlow Museum and fully licensed bar)
Entertainment will include:
- Singing from Chris Talbot and Rebecca Wadding
- Dance from Dance Fusion and Vibin' Fit
- 1940s fashion with Eve-Marie Downey
- Arts and crafts with the Harlow Youth Council
9.15pm: Beacon lighting ceremony
