Seated exercise boosts strength, flexibility, and mobility, empowering our senior community to stay active, independent while having fun and making new friends while exercising.

Harlow Library's sessions are free as they have been funded by Active Essex to host these beneficial health focused sessions.

We advise to book online as spaces are limited – walk ins welcome! Feel stronger and more confident.
