Harlow Running and Tri Club are offering a beginner running course.
The course will run for 8 weeks every Wednesday at 5pm and will guided by our knowledgable coaches, who are on hand for encouragement and advice - including nutrition advice. You will also have access to the club’s weekly track sessions on Tuesdays 8pm and Wednesdays 5:30pm.
Over 18’s only. Limited spaces available.
