We Care Group is a meet-up for disabled people, their carers and families run by The Olympia-Wafula Foundation.
Disabled people experience isolation which can have a negative impact on mental wellbeing. By coming together weekly to support one another through networking, sharing experiences over a cup of tea or coffee, occasional inclusive yoga, and visits by volunteers, they hope to reduce isolation.

Pickleball is a fun paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton and table tennis. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can easily develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for all. Fun, sociable and very addictive!
Come along for a free taster session to try this fantastic sport. Jane will take you through the basics for the first 20/30 minutes of your taster session and then you join in and play with the group (best way to get used to it). It is very easy to pick up particularly if you have good hand eye coordination. We have new players joining us all the time and we like to think we are a friendly welcoming bunch!
