Agreement announced for final phase of Harlow Innovation Park

Harlow Council has secured a major new agreement that will unlock and accelerate the final phase of development at Harlow Innovation Park. The move marks another significant milestone Building Harlow’s Future and securing long‑term prosperity for the town.

The agreement will enable development of the remaining plot at the multi‑million-pound Harlow Innovation Park on London Road. It follows a series of major investments and openings which have helped shape the Innovation Park into one of the region’s most dynamic growth locations.

Recent achievements at the Innovation Park include:

  • The opening of the £25m David Lloyd Harlow Club, a state‑of‑the‑art leisure and wellness facility.
  • Construction of the £30m Identity development, now progressing following a groundbreaking ceremony.
  • Opening of The Social Club, a modern café and community space celebrating Harlow’s historic social club culture.
  • Enhanced landscaping and improved parking, improving the overall environment of the Innovation Park.

These milestones form part of Harlow Council’s mission to “secure our future” which is creating jobs, attracting private sector investment, and reinforcing the town’s reputation as a destination for innovation.

The agreement for the final plot is with Wrenbridge who are a leading UK property developer creating sustainable, future focused commercial projects that bring lasting benefit to businesses and communities. Founded over 33 years ago in 1993, Wrenbridge has grown into one of the UK’s leading property developers, delivering successful projects nationwide.

Announcing the new agreement, Councillor Dan Swords, Leader of Harlow Council, said:
