Harlow residents who missed out on free evening tickets for this year's Harlow Town Show will have another opportunity to secure their place when the second release of tickets goes live at 6pm on Friday 7 August.
The return of Harlow Town Show has generated an extraordinary response, with more than 60,000 free tickets already reserved for the three-day celebration over the August Bank Holiday weekend.
Following the verification of the first release, more evening tickets are now being made available. This includes tickets that have become available following the verification process, along with additional capacity that has been released, giving even more Harlow residents the opportunity to attend the evening entertainment.
Harlow Town Show returns for the first time in more than 40 years with three days of spectacular entertainment, family attractions and headline evening performances.
As with the first release, every evening ticket is free and reserved exclusively for Harlow residents. Everyone booking tickets will be required to provide the name and address for each ticket holder, with every ticket subject to verification to ensure it is allocated to a Harlow resident.
Demand for tickets is expected to be high, and residents are encouraged to be ready when bookings open at 6pm on Friday 7 August.
Councillor Dan Swords, Leader of Harlow Council, said:
"The response from Harlow residents has been incredible. More than 60,000 tickets have already been reserved, showing just how much excitement there is for the return of our Town Show after more than 40 years.
"We promised to bring back a bigger, better Town Show that the whole community could enjoy, completely free for Harlow residents. This second release gives even more local people the opportunity to be part of what will be one of the biggest events our town has seen in decades.
"The Town Show is about bringing our community together, restoring pride in Harlow and creating memories that families will treasure. I can't wait to welcome everyone back this August Bank Holiday."
