We have to regularly monitor the performance of Local Plan policies, housing delivery and contributions collected through Section 106 agreements. These are detailed in the following documents.
Authority Monitoring Report
This is published annually and reports on the performance of the council’s Local Plan policies.
Housing Supply Monitor
This is also published annually and provides detail on delivery of the Local Plan housing requirement, the current 5 year housing land supply and results of the latest Housing Delivery Test including the publication of any actions plans.
Infrastructure Funding Statement
This provides a summary of developer contributions (also known as 'planning obligation') collected and spent for the monitoring year, and show how these are being used to support new development and local infrastructure in Harlow.
