The Authority Monitoring Report is published annually and reports on the performance of the council’s Local Plan policies.
The Housing Supply Monitor, also published annually, provides detail on delivery of the Local Plan housing requirement and the current five-year housing land supply situation.
The Housing Delivery Action Plan was required in 2019 following results of the Housing Delivery Test which were published that year. The plan identifies the elements that influence and impact housing delivery, and what the council will do to improve delivery.
These documents are available to download below, and are based on the requirements of the extant National Planning Policy Framework at the time they were produced.
