We demolished the existing property in order to build new affordable properties.
We built 2 new properties:
- 1 two-bedroom house
- 1 three-bedroom house
We also provided 2 allocated parking spaces per property and 1 electric vehicle charging point per property.
Why the work was needed
The existing property had structural issues and has been deemed as beyond economical repair. Demolition of the existing property allowed for construction of 2 new properties on the site, providing much needed affordable homes for local residents.

Planning permission was granted at Development Committee on 1 July 2020, with the formal decision notice being issued on 6 July 2020 (HW/FUL/20/00107).
We appointed Architecture & Design Services Ltd as the architect and consultant for this scheme.
Initial survey work was undertaken throughout August 2020.
Work started in January 2020.
