The Tenancy and Property Standards Panel were previously two separate panels but have now joined into one.
The main purpose of the panel is to scrutinise and provide feedback on consultations, reviews, policies, procedures and performance of the Housing Management Service. The panel also looks at the performance of HTS and reviewing the standards the repairs service is working to.
This panel runs every quarter and you can view upcoming meetings on our events calendar.
The Tenancy and Property Standards Panel’s main aims are to:
- help form policy for tenants
- represent tenants' interests
- provide feedback to the council on the work of the Housing Management Team, Housing Property Services and HTS
- assist and provide feedback on service and improvement action plans
