Brownfield land register

We maintain a register of brownfield sites in the Harlow area that may be suitable for residential development.

The brownfield land register is made up of 2 parts:

• part 1 is a list of brownfield sites in the Harlow district that may be suitable for housing
• part 2 is a subset of part 1 and is a list of sites that have been granted planning permission in principle

Sites that are included in part 1 of the register will not necessarily be granted permission in principle.

We do not have any sites on the part 2 register.

The draft part 1 of the register is available for comment.
