The Development Management Policies provides a framework which we use to assess planning applications.
The document has detailed policies about how Harlow can maintain the right mix of homes, work spaces, local shops and open spaces to meet the needs of the residents and businesses.
The document forms part of the Local Plan, which will guide future development across the district.
We invited comments on the Development Management Policies document. All comments had to be submitted by 5pm on 7 September 2017.
