We work with HTS (Property & Environment) to manage street bins. They empty bins a minimum of twice a week. Bins which are heavily used will be emptied more frequently.
If HTS find any bins are damaged when they empty them, they will schedule the bin for repair.
If you see a damaged or overflowing street bin, you can report this to us.
To make the report, you need:
- the location of the bin
- your contact details
