Walking

Walking is a great way to get fit, explore your local environment and make new friends. There are many opportunities to join walking groups in Harlow. 

Social Strollers

Social Strollers walks are fun, free and social, with a 30 minute or 60 minute option available. 

They meet:

  • every other Friday at Harlow Town Park (School Lane Car Park) at 10am 
  • every Sunday at Parndon Wood Nature Reserve at 11.30am

Alzheimer's Society Group

The Harlow Alzheimer’s Society Walking Group meet on the second and fourth Monday of the month. 

The meeting point is the School Lane Car Park in Harlow Town Park. 

Kind and caring volunteers are needed to support the walks.

Walk, Talk, Do, Care

A collaboration between Roots to Wellbeing and Parndon Mill 'Walk, Talk, Do, Care' runs every second Sunday of the month from 2 to 4pm at Parndon Mill.
