We are redeveloping this former garage site in Netteswell to create 2 new, separate terrace blocks.
These terraces will provide 8 three-bedroom homes, with one adapted house having fully accessible bathroom, kitchen and a through floor lift.
The properties will support carbon emission reductions through solar panels and electric vehicle charging points.
Why the work is needed
The development will repurpose an underused garage site into 8 family homes to meet the needs of the Housing Needs Register and improve the overall street scene, whilst keeping access to the community allotment.

Timeline
Planning permission was granted in November 2022.
The scheme has been designed by architects McBains Ltd.
The contractors are Hill Partnerships Ltd.
Work is expected to start on site in July 2025.
The estimated project completion date is autumn 2026.
