The North Essex Parking Partnership (NEPP) is responsible for residential parking - including visitor parking.
To park in residential permit parking areas, you need a permit. If you don't display a valid permit, you may receive a penalty charge notice (fine).
Resident permits
To apply for a resident permit, you need to:
- apply for a resident permit on the NEPP website
- pay the correct fee
- provide your vehicle registration number
You will receive a virtual permit. You do not need to display anything in your vehicle.
Visitor permits
