Harlow Council holds the copyright in its published information.

You are free to use any information supplied for non-commercial research or private study purposes.

You can also use the information for news reporting, as long as:

  • no changes are made to it
  • you acknowledge Harlow Council as the copyright holder
  • you give the title of the source document or publication

If you want to use our information for another purpose, for example, publishing the information in analogue or digital form, including on the internet, or for commercial gain, you need our permission as the copyright holder.
