We have designated pitches set aside in Harlow Town Centre for promotional stalls and events, mainly within Broad Walk.
To apply for a promotional pitch, you need to:
- complete the promotional pitch application form (pdf)
- return to the form to the Licensing team
The charges for a 3x3 metre pitch are:
- Monday to Thursday: £123
- Friday to Saturday: £185
- Sunday not available
A full week booking in Broad Walk is discounted to £622 per week.
We will issue an invoice and we must receive the payment before the event.
We will need to see a copy of your public liability insurance (minimum of £5 million) and risk assessment 10 days before confirming the booking.
We also have a larger pitch of 7x5m available to book. If you're interested in this pitch, contact the Licensing team for charges.
Not for profit promotional pitches:
- Monday to Sunday: £33
- Weekly: £128
- Monthly: £375
There is no charge for a promotional pitch if your organisation is a Harlow registered charity. However you still need to get permission from Harlow Council, and we will need to see a copy of your public liability insurance.
The cancellation fee is 20% of the fee paid.
All fees include VAT.
