Tables and chairs licence

If you want to place non-removable furniture outside your business, or any other furniture that falls outside the pavement licensing scheme, you can apply for a tables and chairs licence.

We do not currently consider applications for advertising boards.

  • provide a plan showing the area where you want to place the tables and chairs.
