We collect Council Tax to pay for local services. Your Council Tax bill is split between:
- Essex County Council
- Harlow Council
- Essex Police (called Police Fire and Crime Commissioner for Essex on your bill)
- Essex Fire and Rescue (called Essex Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner Fire and Rescue Authority on your bill)
