If we fail to carry out a repair properly or you experience severe delays we will compensate you with £10.00 plus £2.00 for each days delay up to a maximum of £50.00.
This will be credited to your council rent account.
If you are not happy with the service you have received, you need to report your concerns to the Repairs Centre. We will investigate and provide you with a written reply to your concerns within 10 days.
