We are redeveloping a vacant Parnall Road site into 5 two-bedroom flats and 5 three-bedroom houses, one of which will be an adapted house with rise and fall worktops in the kitchen, a wet room and a platform lift.
The project will benefit from new hard and and soft landscaping and associated parking.
The properties will support carbon emission reductions through solar panels and electric vehicle charging points.
Why the work is needed
The development will provide new homes to help meet the increasing demand for housing in Harlow.
It will also link in with schemes at Perry Road (the former Lister House site) and Parnall Road.

Timeline
Planning permission was granted in November 2023.
The scheme has been designed by architects McBains Ltd.
The contractors are Hill Partnerships Ltd.
Work started on site in July 2024.
The estimated project completion date is February 2026.
