This existing vacant site in Staple Tye, purchased by Harlow Council in late 2022, is being transformed into a development of 5 flats and 5 three-bedroom houses with 1 of the three bedroom houses being designed for full wheelchair use.
The properties will support carbon emission reductions through solar panels and electric vehicle charging points.
Why the work is needed
The new homes will help meet the increasing demand for housing in Harlow.
The development of this site will link in with schemes at the Perry Road (the former Lister House site) and Staple Tye Depot.
