We are redeveloping the existing Staple Tye Depot into 5 two-bedroom houses and 5 3-bedroom houses. This scheme will include a 1 2-bedroom adapted house with rise and fall worktops in kitchens, wet rooms and platform lift.
The project will also benefit from hard and soft landscaping and associated parking
The properties will support carbon emission reductions through solar panels and electric vehicle charging points.
Why the work is needed
The development will provide new homes to help meet the increasing demand for housing in Harlow.
It will also link in with schemes at Perry Road (the former Lister House site) and Parnall Road.
