We are redeveloping the existing Staple Tye Depot into 10 two and three-bedroom homes.
The properties will support carbon emission reductions through solar panels and electric vehicle charging points.
Why the work is needed
The new homes will help meet the increasing demand for housing in Harlow.
The development of this site will link in with schemes at the Perry Road (the former Lister House site) and a recently purchased vacant plot on Parnall Road.

Timeline
Planning permission was granted in June 2023.
The scheme has been designed by architects McBains Ltd.
The contractors are Hill Partnerships Ltd.
Work is expected to start on site in June 2024.
