We are redeveloping the old Lister House site in Staple Tye into new housing.
The new Perry Road site will provide 20 two-bedroom apartments and 4 one-bedroom apartments.
There will also be a ground floor commercial space.
Why the work is needed
The existing Lister House has moved to a new site on Abercrombie Way.
The new homes will help meet the increasing demand for housing in Harlow.
The development of this site will link in with schemes at the Staple Tye Depot and recently purchased vacant plot on Parnall Road.

Timeline
Planning permission was granted in September 2023.
The scheme has been designed by architects McBains Ltd.
The contractors are Hill Partnerships Ltd.
Work is expected to start on site in June 2024.
