Why the work is needed
This development will repurpose an underused garage site into 6 family homes to meet the needs of the Housing Needs Register and improve the overall street scene.
It will also improve parking, offer electric vehicle charging points and improved streetlighting.

Timeline
Planning permission was granted in October 2022.
The scheme has been designed by Derrick Wade Waters Ltd and Architecture & Design Services Ltd.
Contractors are TSG Building Services Plc.
Work started on site in March 2024.
