Timeline
Planning permission was granted in October 2022.
The scheme was designed by Derrick Wade Waters Ltd and Architecture & Design Services Ltd.
The contractors were TSG Building Services Plc.
Work started on site in March 2024.
The practical completion date was 24 February 2026.
