We are redeveloping this long vacant former housing site in Tye Green Village, Bush Fair, to provide 6 new bungalows for the over 55s.
This project will create 4 x 2-bed adapted bungalows and 2 x 1-bed adapted bungalows, each with fully accessible bathrooms and kitchens.
The project will also benefit from new hard and soft landscaping and associated parking.
The properties will support carbon emission reductions through solar panels and electric vehicle charging points.
Why the work is needed
The development will bring a vacant plot of land back into residential use and help us meet the needs of the Housing Needs Register.
It will provide much needed housing for the residents of Harlow and will vastly improve the overall street scene.
