The properties will support carbon emission reductions through solar panels and electric vehicle charging points.
The homes will be constructed using modern methods of construction and built to Passivhaus standard.
Why the work is needed
This development will bring a vacant plot of land back into residential use and help us meet the needs of the Housing Needs Register.
The scheme will provide much needed accommodation for the residents of Harlow and will vastly improve the overall street scene.

Planning permission was granted in August 2022.
The scheme has been designed by architects McBains.
The contractor is Jerram Falkus Construction Ltd.
Work is expected to start on site in summer 2024.
