Appeal against a planning decision

If you disagree with a planning decision made on your planning application, you can appeal against our decision.

You cannot make an appeal against a decision made on someone else’s planning application.

You can make an appeal against a planning decision on GOV.UK

You can appeal if either:

  • we have not made a decision on your application within 8 weeks (13 weeks for a major development application)
  • your application is refused
  • you disagree with conditions we’ve included as part of our decision on your application
