You cannot make an appeal against a decision made on someone else’s planning application.
You can make an appeal against a planning decision on GOV.UK
You can appeal if either:
- we have not made a decision on your application within 8 weeks (13 weeks for a major development application)
- your application is refused
- you disagree with conditions we’ve included as part of our decision on your application
