For full details of the salaries of all our senior staff earning over £50,000:

As of 31 March 2022, there:

  • are 11 members of staff earning between £50,000 and £55,000.
  • are 5 members of staff earning between £55,000 and £60,000.
  • are 6 members of staff earning between £60,000 and £65,000.
  • are 9 members of staff earning between £75,000 and £80,000.
  • are 2 members of staff earning between £95,000 and £100,000.
  • is 1 member of staff (Deputy to the Chief Executive and S151 Officer) earning between £105,000 and £110,000.
  • is 1 member of staff (Chief Executive) earning between £140,000 and £145,000.

The pay multiple is the ratio between the highest paid salary and the average and lowest salaries in the council.

The ratio of the Chief Executive's salary to the council’s median full time equivalent salary (£28,315) is 4.68:1

The ratio of the Chief Executive's salary to the lowest full time equivalent salary (£17,423) is 7.61:1
