Potter Street neighbourhood office development

We are redeveloping this disused neighbourhood office to create 4 two bedroom flats and 1 one bedroom flat.

We will also be developing vacant land next to Brenthall Towers for provide 38 parking spaces and three electric vehicle charging points.

Why the work is needed

The development will provide much-needed housing within a currently vacant building which is located close to community facilities and services. It will also provide additional car parking to address issues of on-street parking congestion.

Planning permission was granted in December 2023.

The scheme has been designed by Your Plans UK Ltd.

Work is due to start on site in December 2023 and be completed by December 2024.
