We will also be developing vacant land next to Brenthall Towers for provide 38 parking spaces and 3 electric vehicle charging points.
Why the work is needed
The development will provide new homes to help meet the increasing demand for housing in Harlow.
It will also provide additional car parking to address issues of on-street parking congestion in the area.
