We are redeveloping this former garage site in Netteswell to create 2 new, separate terraces.
These terraces will provide 8 three-bedroom homes, with one of the units being fitted with a through floor lift to enable wheelchair access to the upper floor.
The properties will support carbon emission reductions through solar panels and electric vehicle charging points.
The homes will be constructed using modern methods of construction and built to Passivhaus standard.
Why the work is needed
This development will repurpose an underused garage site into 8 family homes to meet the needs of the Housing Needs Register and improve the overall street scene.

Planning permission was granted in November 2022.
The scheme has been designed by architects McBains Ltd.
The contractor is Jerram Falkus Construction Ltd.
Work is expected to start on site in summer 2024.
